「做個盡責寵物主人」宣傳短片創作比賽

目的：

為了倡導主人帶寵物外出時應顧及他人、注重公德，以及加強向市民宣傳愛護動物、尊重生命和「做個盡責寵物主人」的訊息，並讓市民發揮創意及設計的才華，民政總署舉辦「做個盡責寵物主人」宣傳短片創作比賽，藉此提高市民的公民意識，推動澳門成為一座人與寵物和諧共融的城市。

參賽形式：
拍攝或製作一長度約30至40秒的短片，主題必須圍繞作為一個盡責的寵物主人，在飼養寵物前、後應有的責任及態度，帶寵物於私人及公共地方走動時，應顧及他人和注重公德等重要訊息。

參賽資格：
公開組：持有效澳門居民身份證或等同效力證件人士可報名參加。
學生組：持有效澳門居民身份證或等同效力證件，並就讀於本澳中學之中一至中六學生可報名參加。


獎項：
公開組
冠軍（1名）：獎座乙個，現金購物禮劵MOP5,000
每名優異獎（5名）：獎座乙個，現金購物禮劵MOP1,500
每名入圍獎（5名）：現金購物禮劵MOP500

學生組
冠軍（1名）：獎座乙個，現金購物禮劵MOP2,000
每名優異獎（5名）：獎座乙個，現金購物禮劵MOP800
每名入圍獎（5名）：現金購物禮劵MOP300

參加辦法：
¨   報名： 2010年6月15日至7月23日
於民政總署各服務站或各市民服務中心索取及遞交參賽表格。參賽表格亦可於民政總署網頁www.iacm.gov.mo及澳門市政狗房網頁www.iacm.gov.mo/canil/ 下載。
¨    短片創作工作坊：2010年7月30日
主要講解比賽主題概念及規則，並由專業人士講解基本的短片創作及製作技巧。

¨    遞交作品：2010年9月8日至9月22日
參賽作品可遞交至民政總署各服務站或各市民服務中心。本次活動不接受以郵寄方式提交參賽作品。

“Be A Responsible Pet Owner” Promotional Short Video Competition

Objective:
In order to incentivize owners to be considerate, pay attention to social mores when walking their pets, further promote the concepts of cherishing animals, respecting all life and being a responsible pet owner to local residents, as well as to let residents develop their creative and design talents, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau  organises the "Be A Responsible Pet Owner" promotional short video competition, with the aim of raising civic awareness, and promote Macao as a city in harmony between man and pet.

Format of Participation:
Shoot or produce videos approximately 30 to 40 seconds in length. Entries must touch upon the following essential themes: being a responsible pet owner, the proper responsibilities and attitude needed before and when raising a pet, consideration of others when taking pets to private or public areas, along with other important information.

Participant Qualifications:
Open Group: All individuals holding a valid Macao resident I.D.card or equivalent identification document are welcome to enter the competition.
Student Group: Participants must currently be studying in a middle school from Form 1 to Form six in Macao.

Prizes:
Open Group
Grand Prize (one): A trophy and MOP 5,000-worth of cash coupons for shopping
Merit Prize (five): A trophy and MOP 1,500-worth of cash coupons for shopping
Finalist Prize (five): MOP 500-worth of cash coupons for shopping

Student Group
Grand Prize (one): A trophy and MOP 2,000-worth of cash coupons for shopping
Merit Prize (five): A trophy and MOP 800-worth of cash coupons for shopping
Finalist Prize (five): MOP 300-worth of cash coupons for shopping

Method of Participation:
¨      Registration: June 15th to July 23th, 2010
Obtain and submit application form from Service Centres or Public Services Centres of Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau. Application forms also can be downloaded from the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau website at www.iacm.gov.mo or Macau Municipal Kennel website at www.iacm.gov.mo/canil/ .

¨      Short video workshop: July 30th, 2010
The workshop aims to explain the concept and the main themes of the competition and its rules. Professionals will provide lessons on basic video creation and production techniques.

¨      Submission of entries: September 8th to September 22th, 2010
Entries may be submitted to Service Centres or Public Services Centres of Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau. Entries to this competition submitted by post shall not be accepted.
