承接過去五屆的《澳門紀錄新勢力》，澳門文化中心今年舉辦《澳門影像新勢力》，除繼續支持本地「紀錄片」製作外，更會將資助範疇拓展至「劇情短片」及「動畫」方面，期望鼓勵更多錄像愛好者作出創作新嘗試。活動由即日起公開徵集以「澳門」為主題的影片製作計劃書，入選者可獲資金協助完成製作計劃。計劃申請將於今年5月14日截止。

新一屆《澳門影像新勢力》分三個類別，包括「紀錄片」、「劇情短片」及「動畫」，每個類別再分為「進階組」、「公開組」及「新手組」。「進階組」及「公開組」歡迎具有錄像製作經驗人士報名，「新手組」則開放予任何對電影及錄像製作有興趣之人士參加。有興趣人士可於文化中心網頁下載活動章程及申請表格:

The brand-new “Local View Power” is starting off NOW! Calling for Local Film Production Proposals
Application: From Now to 14 May 2012

The Macao Cultural Centre is again open to receive the most dynamic and interesting film proposals to be showcased at CCM’s big silver screen. “Local Docu Power” is back with a renewed face and a new scope of film categories, this year revamped as “Local View Power” (LVP) to include the best works by our emerging and established filmmakers.

As in previous years, LVP is also divided into three experience levels: “Advanced” and “Open” levels aimed at directors 18 or over, as well as the “Freshmen” level welcomes all enthusiastic filmmaker wannabes. The difference is that “Documentary” is no longer the sole category as LVP will include also “Short Feature” and “Animation” categories. To support the selected teams, CCM will grant subsidies for the teams entering the final phase. Interested parties can download the "Regulation" and "Application Form" at CCM Website:

「微時代」正式來臨，不管是文字、影片及遊戲，訴求都是簡單又有趣，才能夠獲得人們的青睞。藉由說故事形成的「微電影(Micro film)」風潮，也席捲了全球市場。
