由全藝社主辦「New City 魯爾、巴士度新作展」將於三月五日（星期五）下午七時於全藝社開幕。是次展覽由José Drummond策劃，展出旅居柏林的澳門藝術家魯爾、巴士度（Rui Calçada Bastos）於駐澳創作的最新作品，包括攝影十四幅及一套錄像作品。
十四幅攝影作品充分展現藝術家魯爾對城市的洞察力，兒時長大於澳門的魯爾，現時長居於歐洲藝術之都柏林進行全職創作，是次回到澳門三個月，驚訝澳門的發展與變化，開始就其個人對城市的觀察進行創作，其新作中近乎變種的空間不但刺激觀眾的創意想像，並對人類在自身環境的立場等問題提出爭論。作品中一個男人獨自在空空如也的街道上走著。他回望，但仍然不確定自己的位置，漫無目的地走著。一個女人尋找出租房屋，發現被注視後隨即轉過頭來。她是否只是亞洲小說中的一個過客，還是一個似要消失於「新城」 的人類？另一個男人是空曠的工地上的稀有生物。迷失於敞大的空間，他試著去證實那四周機器的真偽，也便成為了柔焦鏡下所捕捉的模糊影像。他們有別於未來數位世界的「夢幻公園」中出現的一群。幻想中的世界總是美好的，那裡的天空色彩繽紛、花朵比生命更為璀璨。尾段描述一對夫婦陶醉於賭博中，他們的行為不正正是一種虛偽、一個不曾存在事物的「宣傳」嗎？說明了某些事情的另一面，事實也未必如眼前所見。這種極端環境是否正引領我們到一個看不見的世界，當中「禁止掉頭」似乎要說明「新城」裡的潛在信息。

No U-Turn
A man walks alone in an empty road. He looks back. He still wonders about his position and it’s not clear that he knows exactly where he’s going. A woman looks for rental opportunities but turns her head when being observed. Is she a transit character in an Asian fiction or simply the human element that seems to be missing in “New City”. Another man is the only living figure in a sweeping construction site. Apparently lost in the enormous scale around him he validates the machinery, becoming the soft focus of the ambiguous situation he is in.
They are different from the one walking in the ‘dream park’, found in a digitally enhanced prospect of a near future. The about to be, always brighter, where skies have different colors and flowers are bigger than life.
For this play to be complete, where everything points to the idea that something is wrong and things may not be what they seem a couple is happily gaming, but aren’t they another pretension, a ‘propaganda’ of something that maybe will never exist.
‘No U-Turn seems to be the underlying message in “New City”.
Rather than promoting complacent acceptance of the agglutination that we all live in, “New City” engages us visually with other apparent empty sceneries, leaving us clues regarding questions of significant value. It’s accepted that we seem compelled to alter the spaces around us, but there’s no rational explanation for the extrapolations of identity to which humans are subjected.
The selected alter-spaces of the works incite the viewer to creative thought, proposing a debate on problematic matters of the position of the human being in his environment. Humans are undoubtedly the most dominant species but aren’t these extreme size surroundings leading us to the point of invisibility?
To imagine a city without people…
The white building close up where a car will be expected some time or the CCTV camera pointing to something that we can’t see are showing us that life is at some point expected.
The paradigm of the expectant “New City” is explicitly shown in the empty blue bench to sit and look to the same blue wall or in the sign of a possible older city reflected in the rain water of a tartan track.
This indigent and abandoned place in heartless disorder is also diagnosed in “Few Steps”, the ‘finishing touch’ video of “New City”. In “Few Steps” the axis of this disturbance emanates from the inability to reconcile between the dream and the harsh reality where being in the proper place or belonging to something is reduced to the disclosure of our own loneliness.
These works disintegrate conceptually from inside, they slip out from the realm of art and approach life. Assuming that observation is one important element of science each one of the works is a document of some sort. “New City” casts the artist in the role of expert authority and aesthetic interpreter, as an anthropologist of this particular time where persistent issues of desegregation rise constantly. However the work of Rui Calcada Bastos leaves these issues open to individual interpretation rather than striving to establish any ‘absolute truth’.
The identity of these spaces is not evident. Not evident is also the reality of them being immutable which ultimately points us to a certain dysfunctionality and thereby in some point to a certain oblivion, breathless, about to explode but kept closely under a thin layer of illusion.

澳門創作人協會 (澳門‧腦人) 2010年度創作項目《零壹》項目大綱及創作人召募
前言
澳門創作人協會 (澳門.腦人) 自創會以來，每年均舉辦一個大型的年度創作項目：06年創作項目《澳門.聖誕.2005》以錄像方式呈現澳門創作人的處境；07年《未命名的章節》以文字關注澳門社會環境的變遷；08年《回問》以音樂反映這個時代澳門人的人心；09年《09創出口》赴香港和廣州交流並推廣澳門的創作。
過往腦人的創作項目均以關心澳門為主題，而我們亦成功將創意作品推廣至海外多個地方，包括香港、中國大陸、台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、英國、美國等地。因此，在2010年度創作項目《零壹》裡面，腦人要將主題放大至世界各地我們所需要關心的事情。

《零壹》主題內容
活在當下是快活，能延續到明天是快樂。
澳門是一個很幸福的城市，但幸福是需要被珍惜的，
不然的話，就變成一種暫時的存在，並不是天長地久的擁有。
例如細嚐吞拿魚時，誰會想過牠們正面臨絕種？
我們要享受快活，難道就要撇下「未來」不管嗎？
關心「未來」，是我們的責任。腦人透過本年度創作項目《零壹》*，以澳門為原點出發，將我們思考和關心的話題輸送到世界每個角落，以創作來保護地球，讓世界變得更美好。
這個創意項目以「未來」為主題，將會由眾多創作人的作品集合而成，各自以不同的創作方式表達對「未來」的所思所想。
在這個項目中，我們將建立一個「網上創意平台」，把不同形式的創作和創意產品電子化，放到網上創意平台上展示及售賣。藉著無遠弗屆的網絡世界，把多樣化的澳門創作輸送及推廣到世界各地，讓人們思考和關心「未來」。
*最基本的電腦語言是「0」和「1」，由此可以無限放大，正如本項目的理念：由網路開始，無限伸展，延續未來。

INFINITY Project Outline and Crew Recruit - 2010 Annual Creative Project by Associação dos Criadores de Macau (macau.creatives)
Preface:
Associação dos Criadores de Macau (macau.creatives) produced various creative projects since its foundation. In 2006, an independent short film "macau.xmas.2005" was produced to look at the situation and obstacles of being a creative in Macau; in 2007, a book "Untitled Chapters" was published to capture the vanishing mood of Macau; in 2008, a CD/DVD music compilation "Inside Out" was released to reflect the changes of the Macau people; in 2009, under the name of "Sing It Out 09", a series of networking events were hold in HK and Guangzhou to showcase the achievements of the Macau creatives.
All past projects produced by macau.creatives were focusing at Macau, and we have been successfully promoting our creative products to various places overseas, inc. HK, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, UK and US etc. As a result, we decided to extend our concerns in 2010, and we will pay attention to worldwide affairs in our INFINITY project.

Content:
Living the moment is pleasure. Extending the moment to the future is happiness. Macau is definitely a city of happiness but don't forget that happiness needs to be cherished. Otherwise, it'd merely be short-lived indulgence. Take for example, when we are tasting tuna fish, who would be aware of the fact that this is going to push them faster to extinction? Therefore, take a moment to think -- Is our instant gratification compromising our future?
It is our responsibility to care about our future.
The main theme of this project is FUTURE. It will be a collaboration of local Macau artists, expressing their meanings of FUTURE through various creative channels and products.
This project will be hosted on an "online creative platform." All artworks and productions will be digitized and uploaded to the platform for sale and display. Through the global network of the Internet, our works will be able to reach out to people from other parts of the world.
*The use of binary number system's "0" and "1" represents an idea that the computing technology has played a vital role in our daily lives. It provides us infinite possibilities to live our dream, and to dream our future.

Launch in a brand new format -- an "online creative platform."
In response to environmental protection, macau.creatives will be promoting our creative industry via the Internet.
All content in this project will be in digital format.
All creative works will be available for browsing, download and purchase on the "online creative platform."
All creative works can be purchased individually or in compilation.
All interested parties, please contact the responsible person in your category. Send email with your portfolio/past relevant works and a brief description of what you would like to accomplishment in this project before 25 Feb 2010. The person in charge will contact you for the kick off meeting, and answer you any questions in regard to the project.

關於作家故事的傳記性電影往往具有之前提到的“後設性”，同時，一位作家之所以稱為作家，一定是有他的作品，
作品與電影劇本之間亦產生“互文性”，兩個故事文本之間在電影這種媒體中相互關照，產生特殊的意義。

信和集團「香港藝術」、社區文化發展中心及日本林原共濟會在過往三年共同攜手，每年呈獻一場別具意義的展能藝術家的創作展覽，令大眾有機會一睹他們出眾的藝術天分，從而了解他們的內心世界，建立共融社會。今年展覽定名為「希望之星國際藝術展2010：心靈畫者」，合辦機構增至六間，新加入機構包括青山醫院精神健康學院、新生精神康復會及新加坡展能藝術會(Very Special Arts Singapore)。「心靈畫者」共展出由香港、日本及新加坡精神病康復者所創作的、超過五十件的繪畫及陶瓷作品，並設有伸延講座「心靈畫者 ─ 藝術與精神病」。今次展覽以香港為展出首站，其後將於日本作巡迴展出。
透過作品打開跟外界溝通的門戶
是次展覽部份共展出約五十件藝術品，作品經由香港、新加坡及日本三個地區的精神病專家及專業藝術工作者甄選而得來。「心靈畫者」策劃人之一青山醫院高級精神科醫生范德穎表示︰「日本、新加坡及香港，都是社會步伐急促的地區，當中不少人口都得了精神或心理上的疾病。社會對精神病患者一知半解，往往不懂得跟他們如何相處，令他們備受忽略。」透過藝術創作精神病人可以抒發情感，打開心靈之門。是次展覽讓大眾透過觀賞其作品，探索創作者的內心世界，從而踏出了解精神病患者的主要一步，讓病患者獲得更大的關注。
精神病患者的界外人藝術 - 由心而發的創作
今次大部份的參展藝術家均從未接受任何專業的藝術教育或訓練，因此受到傳統概念及技法的規範較少，作品具有強烈的原創性。藝術界一般將這類別的創作歸納為界外人藝術(Outsider Art)。例如是次由日本界外人藝術家Yuri繪畫的參展作品「在地獄開花的香豌豆和鬱金香」，畫中的花朵擁有彩藍、彩紫、粉紅及火紅的花瓣，色彩艷麗而神秘，概念新穎；另一幅由日本參展者「悅」所繪畫的「葡萄園和西瓜」，畫中的植物同時長出西瓜和葡萄兩種果實，意念獨特。
延伸講座 -「心靈畫者 ─ 藝術與精神病」
為了讓公眾對精神病及精神病患者的界外人藝術有更深入的了解，主辦單位特別為是次展覽舉辦了延伸講座「心靈畫者 ─ 藝術與精神病」，於2月27日展覽開幕當日假香港藝術中心Agnes b電影院舉行。講座邀得多位來自法國、日本以及香港的參展藝術家、精神專科醫生、界外人藝術學家以及策展人主講。費用全免，名額有限，歡迎有興趣人士報名。

今次大部份的參展藝術家均從未接受任何專業的藝術教育或訓練，因此受到傳統概念及技法的規範較少，作品具有強烈的原創性。藝術界一般將這類別的創作歸納為界外人藝術(Outsider Art)。例如是次由日本界外人藝術家Yuri繪畫的參展作品「在地獄開花的香豌豆和鬱金香」，畫中的花朵擁有彩藍、彩紫、粉紅及火紅的花瓣，色彩艷麗而神秘，概念新穎；另一幅由日本參展者「悅」所繪畫的「葡萄園和西瓜」，畫中的植物同時長出西瓜和葡萄兩種果實，意念獨特。
延伸講座 -「心靈畫者 ─ 藝術與精神病」
為了讓公眾對精神病及精神病患者的界外人藝術有更深入的了解，主辦單位特別為是次展覽舉辦了延伸講座「心靈畫者 ─ 藝術與精神病」，於2月27日展覽開幕當日假香港藝術中心Agnes b電影院舉行。講座邀得多位來自法國、日本以及香港的參展藝術家、精神專科醫生、界外人藝術學家以及策展人主講。費用全免，名額有限，歡迎有興趣人士報名。

從第一張專輯「祖靈之流」描述祖先來台、第二張專輯「靈魄之界」以原住民神衹與漢人神衹的戰爭、第三張專輯「永劫輪迴」以台灣民間傳說林投姐為故事發展為全新創作，到第四張「賽德克巴來」以台灣原住民對抗日本殖民為故事，閃靈以東亞歷史文化為根基從事神話的音樂再創作獲得許多樂界人士的青睞。2009年八月由Spinefarm / Universal Group所發行的第五張專輯「十殿」，更是以東方的地獄觀為創作主軸，結合真實歷史屠殺事件「二二八」為背景所完成的全新創作，其音樂性與故事性都較以往更為具爆發力，亦是閃靈目前為止最滿意一張專輯。
TAIWAN IS a country where history and folklore work very much hand in hand, and both of these elements are central to the latest studio album from that country’s premier metal outfit, Chthonic (pronounced ‘Thonic’).
Formed in 1995, five-piece set-up Chthonic (a name deriving from a Greek word signifying spirits of the underworld) have delivered an 11-track body of work that touches on both the spirit and mortal worlds, with loss of national identity and the sometimes turbulent history of their homeland recurring themes.
With Anthrax guitarist Rob Caggiano at the production & mixing helm, ‘Mirror Of Retribution’‘Where The Ancestors’ Souls Gathered’ sees the award-winning musicians further developing a style that started with the ’99 album , blending full-on metal of the darker persuasion with traditional Taiwanese instruments such as two-string violin, the hena.
“The story behind this album combines true historical fact with an ancient myth of hell,” explains bassist and band spokesperson Doris Yeh. “Amongst other things, we make reference to the famous ‘228 Massacre’, which was the biggest ever massacre in Taiwanese history. Tens of thousands of Taiwanese were killed by the Chinese army. The final battle of the event occurred in the middle of Taiwan, where 40 local militia attempted to resist 2,500 soldiers from the Chinese army. In the end, the militia lost their lives near the Sing-Ling Temple.
“Musically, we tried to move the band to a whole new level,” continues Doris. “In the past, we’ve been described in various ways, as ‘symphonic black metal’ or ‘melodic death’, the word ‘folk’ has also been applied at times, but this was our chance to establish a new place for ourselves in the extreme metal genre…”
Never ones to shy away from a just cause, Chthonic – in particular frontman Freddy Lim – have been consistently active on the political front at home, whilst away from their hometown of Taipei they have appeared at the Wacken Festival in Germany and toured as part of the Ozzfest in the US, the first Asian extreme metal band to make such a mark.

為迎接虎年來臨，第七期《MIND》提先於農曆新年跟大家拜年！
由這期開始，《MIND》將會增加八版，內容更加豐富。頭盤有出自Aya手筆的全新CG封面插圖，精細畫功配以紅與黑的基調，兩位美少女帶大家進入詭異空間！甜品有Yu跟Karyy的可愛插圖。
專訪方面，有來自香港，以畫漫畫為生活的熊人，講述如何游走於興趣與工作之間；另外新增組織訪問，有多年籌辦大型香港同人活動經驗的TC Production，向讀者展示人潮洶湧的動漫同人嘉年華背後的一面。

Places I've visited, people I've met, and objects I've seen that have been captured on B/W photos. The photographs were taken in various forms such as B/W and infrared film on silver gelatin prints.
“Heritage”: A well preserved historic village, Pioneer Village which was established in southern Ontario between the 1790s and 1860s.
“Freedom”: A gay parade which holds in Toronto every year. A multi-culture city that allows its citizens to show their different will.
“Space”: Perspective of places and objects in different timing and lighting which give different feel and mood to the photographs.

我將所去過的地方，所見過的人及事，以黑白照片的形式記錄及呈現出來。照片採用了不同的拍攝方法，包括反差鮮明的黑白以及將紅外線菲林拍攝的影象射印在銀鹽相紙上。
「傳承」是有關歷史文物的保留，這個村莊建於1790，位於安大略省南部，見證了時間洗滌下仍然保留下來的珍貴片段。

Biography
Lewis Lam graduated with the first honor from one of the first colleges that switching from film to digital photography program at Humber College, Canada in 2005. In this highly demanding industry, he has established not only unique style of photographic shooting but also with high industry standard workflow of color management, photo re-touching, and printing knowledge.
林皓樺於2005年以一級榮譽畢業於加拿大其中一間首先設有數碼攝影課程的學院－Humber College。 他不但具備了個人的攝影風格，並且對整個攝影專業的技術流程有全面的掌握。

過去十年，1a 空間除致力舉辦藝術展覽以擴闊大眾對當代藝術的認知外，
亦出版了不少藝術刊物和相關資訊。當中除了有介紹展覽活動的內容，亦有涉及本地藝術發展之分析和評論文集；同一時間，本地其它另類藝術空間和文化團體亦在近十年裡累積了一定數量的出版資料，其內容具啟發性之餘亦彌足珍貴。
儘管每個藝術空間及團體都在努力耕織香港的藝文生境，又縱使上述的出版物具有記錄性，亦有著不可忽視的研究價值，唯在商業味甚濃的市場環境下，上述出版物一直處於銷售的邊緣位置，大眾因而難於搜羅甚至知悉該出版物的存在。
同樣可惜的是，上述出版物亦甚少得到系統性的收集、整理以至展示。事實上，藝文界的出版物不但是本地藝文份子多年來瀝血的結集，同時亦反映了本地藝文界發展方向及研究旨趣的變化，就此而言，出版物整理不但能讓大眾窺見藝文界較為整體、集中的發展圖景，亦可以藉回顧作出反思及前瞻性的展望。既然出版物如斯重要，空間以為，它們最起碼應得以「曝光」。
承接1a空間過往籌辦書展、交流會的經驗，1a空間現計劃於2010年2月上旬舉辦「藝術出版物」展覽，展覽除把各藝術空間的出版物作整理展示和銷售外，同場亦會呈獻本地藝文評論雜誌和本地藝術、文學、文化工作者的自資出版物。透過上述的展示和銷售，1a空間除期望大家能享受一趟愉快的尋寶之旅外，亦期望藝術出版物能得以發揮出版的作用——讓藝術作品、記錄及分析之結集刺激起大眾對社會的思考。

Preface:
Associação dos Criadores de Macau (macau.creatives) produced various creative projects since its foundation. In 2006, an independent short film "macau.xmas.2005" was produced to look at the situation and obstacles of being a creative in Macau; in 2007, a book "Untitled Chapters" was published to capture the vanishing mood of Macau; in 2008, a CD/DVD music compilation "Inside Out" was released to reflect the changes of the Macau people; in 2009, under the name of "Sing It Out 09", a series of networking events were hold in HK and Guangzhou to showcase the achievements of the Macau creatives.
All past projects produced by macau.creatives were focusing at Macau, and we have been successfully promoting our creative products to various places overseas, inc. HK, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, UK and US etc. As a result, we decided to extend our concerns in 2010, and we will pay attention to worldwide affairs in our INFINITY project.

Living the moment is pleasure. Extending the moment to the future is happiness. Macau is definitely a city of happiness but don't forget that happiness needs to be cherished. Otherwise, it'd merely be short-lived indulgence. Take for example, when we are tasting tuna fish, who would be aware of the fact that this is going to push them faster to extinction? Therefore, take a moment to think -- Is our instant gratification compromising our future?
It is our responsibility to care about our future. <Infinity>* uses Macau as the base and carries our environmental concerns to every corner of this world. Use creativity to protect our Earth and make the world a better place.
The main theme of this project is FUTURE. It will be a collaboration of local Macau artists, expressing their meanings of FUTURE through various creative channels and products.
This project will be hosted on an "online creative platform." All artworks and productions will be digitized and uploaded to the platform for sale and display. Through the global network of the Internet, our works will be able to reach out to people from other parts of the world.
*The use of binary number system's "0" and "1" represents an idea that the computing technology has played a vital role in our daily lives. It provides us infinite possibilities to live our dream, and to dream our future.

「舞‧價值」講述一羣熱愛街舞的澳門年青人。藉著觸碰他們的內心深處，審視現今年青人的價值觀。透過訪問有關議員、社工、製作人及舞者來剖析他們的見解和想法。影片講述澳門街舞文化協會為準備演出第18屆澳門藝術節，歷時兩個月的策劃、練習和演出的經過。然而到了表演的一週，不利因素接踵而來，演出者面對的，不只是跳舞，還有人與人的溝通和團隊的合作。最糟的是，表演當天突下大雨，最後他們能夠順利演出嗎？

澳門創作人協會 (澳門.腦人) 自創會以來，每年均舉辦一個大型的年度創作項目：06年創作項目《澳門.聖誕.2005》以錄像方式呈現澳門創作人的處境；07年《未命名的章節》以文字關注澳門社會環境的變遷；08年《回問》以音樂反映這個時代澳門人的人心；09年《09創出口》赴香港和廣州交流並推廣澳門的創作。
過往腦人的創作項目均以關心澳門為主題，而我們亦成功將創意作品推廣至海外多個地方，包括香港、中國大陸、台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、英國、美國等地。因此，在2010年度創作項目《零壹》裡面，腦人要將主題放大至世界各地我們所需要關心的事情。

《零壹》主題內容
活在當下是快活，能延續到明天是快樂。
澳門是一個很幸福的城市，但幸福是需要被珍惜的，
不然的話，就變成一種暫時的存在，並不是天長地久的擁有。
例如細嚐吞拿魚時，誰會想過牠們正面臨絕種？
我們要享受快活，難道就要撇下「未來」不管嗎？
關心「未來」，是我們的責任。腦人透過本年度創作項目《零壹》*，以澳門為原點出發，將我們思考和關心的話題輸送到世界每個角落，以創作來保護地球，讓世界變得更美好。
這個創意項目以「未來」為主題，將會由眾多創作人的作品集合而成，各自以不同的創作方式表達對「未來」的所思所想。
在這個項目中，我們將建立一個「網上創意平台」，把不同形式的創作和創意產品電子化，放到網上創意平台上展示及售賣。藉著無遠弗屆的網絡世界，把多樣化的澳門創作輸送及推廣到世界各地，讓人們思考和關心「未來」。
*最基本的電腦語言是「0」和「1」，由此可以無限放大，正如本項目的理念：由網路開始，無限伸展，延續未來。

此本項目將以嶄新形式 -「網上創意平台」推出。
為響應環保，將於網路拓展澳門文化創意產業，推廣至世界其它地方。
本項目之創作內容均以數碼化 / 電子版的形式推出。
所有創作於「網上創意平台」均可流灠、試閱和選購。
每個創作可被單獨 /合併選購。

《零壹》創作人及內容徵集
腦人現正召募創作人共同創作。《零壹》是一個讓你展示才華的創作平台，腦人會把你的作品帶出澳門，走向世界不同的地方。這裡有很多奇形怪狀但善良的人，現邀請你與我們一起同行。
有興趣參與創作（音樂、文字、美術、錄像等）的朋友，請於2010年2月25日前，電郵聯絡該範疇的監製，將你過往的作品、本次想要做的創作內容簡介提交給我們。該範疇監製會向你解答問題, 以及聯絡你參與初次會議了解更多詳情。
